  Bought online Prada sunglasses, brought them here to get adjusted and the girl who “fixed” them bent them too much, now when extended the arms wiggle in place. The hinges are loose. I noticed too late to return.

  We went into this place intending on buying some super nice sunglasses and expected to get the same great service we got when we went to the Paradise Valley mall location when we last bought a pair about 6 months ago. Chloe was at this location and I explained to her what I wanted. She kept walking away and started helping someone else. I wanted to ask about the different glasses but apparently the newer customer was more important. The newer customer left and instead of helping me (no one else in the place) she proceeded to clean stuff. I told her I would return when she wasn't as busy. She didn't say anything. I wonder when she wouldn't be as busy as I was the only one in the shop? I will go elsewhere for my glasses. I am so disappointed as I really wanted to get myself a new pair. I sure hope customers aren't treated like this consistently.
