- ECEl ChingonJun 27, 20251.0I’ve been waiting for my sunglasses replacement lenses for over two weeks now I was told they’d be there in a week and nothing. The thing that bothers me is that the clerk doesn’t even know when they will be arriving this is ridiculous if I would have know this I would have gone where they had the lenses in stock. Very disappointing

Ive worked retail so many years and its kinda sad I have to write this one, So I picked up an online order a few days ago and the box was sealed (no foul play shown) so I figured everythings in the box. That girl (in person) was very nice and handed me my order and I went about my day. Later in the day the gift was given and kept in the box that was given to me and we noticed the glasses were missing but I had my case. Ive WORKED retail for YEARS and Im very aware that mistakes happen especially from warehouse orders and what not. I called the store and mentioned my concern, the girl on the phone seemed confused (typical, i get it “online orders” are “never” wrong) but guess what? It happens its ok. I get passed along without notice that the manager was called to the phone, without even being told what happened im assuming because he had me repeat everything again. Then gets my information to give me a call back. He calls about an hour later letting me the procedure of filing a claim has to be made by the one who initially gave me the order to begin with and everything… im bummed because I had a fit intended for the Glasses but its still ok in my mind… well today being the day after I called just to make sure the claim was put in. This “AYLIN” girl supposedly her name was heard one curse word used which was hell and mind you im a sailor at cursing but Im VERY aware of how I use it. Meaning NOooo i did not curse at her over the phone nor was I being rude the way a KAREN really can be. Like sis idk if you dont like your job, but get another if you believe everyone has to talk and speak to you like your the queen. Then proceeds to tell me shes gonna REFUSE service ?! Like bruh im just concerned about my glasses. I never get many chances to spoil my people but when I do and this is how it turns out because others have no compassion or patience. Come on?
