- GSGM ServicesMay 21, 20251.0I am very upset at the transaction that occurred last night. store 2874 employee Kory 341848. original receipt 2084051 return transaction receipt 2084176. my fiancée was taking back a pair of ray ban sunglasses rb4420 8056597959346 that had a manufactures defect. The sun glasses were purchased on 5/16/2025 3:13 pm and she went back on 5/20/2025 7:40pm. The individual above told her that she had to use her protection plan and charged her $50 for this transaction. This is horrible customer service first of all. I reached out to the store and the employee stated that the manager will not be available until friday and that they are not able to do anything. This was a manufactures defect purchased from a sunglass hut location. We have never had any issues with exchanging a pair of sun glasses at any sun glass hut location until the store that we just went to. I am requesting that I first be refunded back my $50 transaction and that the protection plan be reinstated. Second all of the employees of this location also need to be reprimanded and written up formally, and retrained on the policies that are on the sun glass hut web site and the pricing as well. If I were to utilize the protection plan the charge should have only have been $40 not $50 per your web site. I now consider that this individual stole from my fiancée. please make this right.
