- DDDream6 days ago1.0I visited this location for the first time recently and was disappointed by the lack of service. While I spent considerable time browsing the eyewear, the sales associate remained engaged in a lengthy conversation with other customers at the checkout and never acknowledged my presence or offered assistance. I eventually left and took my business to the Oakley Store, where the customer service was far superior. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this location if you value attentive service.

He was very knowledgeable about the Meta Ray-Ban glasses and took the time to explain the features and answer my questions without making me feel rushed. Honestly, service like that deserves recognition, and a raise wouldn’t hurt, lol. I’ll definitely be returning. (:
- LLLex LockettJan 8, 20262.0I just came here with my 2 daughters. The lady gave us dirty looks and my daughter noticed how rude she was being. So you loss a sale. I already have the Meta 2 while your store only sells the Meta 1 lol. You know who you are. Mind you, I’m a network engineer and you’re working at a store where children start off. Check your employees attitude and come off that high horse. She’ll know exactly who this is. We left as quick as her attitude came. Do better lol.
