  Worst customer service ever! Ordered a purse online at noon time. Said it would be 3 hours. FOUR hours later, I went in, pulled the item from the shelf, went to check out to make them process my order and NOBODY was at a register. There were 5-7 employees near the entrance, chatting it up amongst themselves, doing nothing. After quite some time, an "employee" came, I handed her what I had already purchased online. She walked to the back with my item. Another "employee" came to see what was up. Told her and no response whatsoever. Eventually, the first employee came out of the back room with it. NEVER A SORRY FOR THE WAIT, OR EVEN A THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS.. IT'S A WORTHLESS PLACE.... NEXT STOP IS CORPORATE.

  The manager is extremely rude. Went into do an exchange mind you I had the original received and gift received only cause I didn’t have a tag. They made it a big deal and didn’t let me exchange it mind you I was buying a more expensive bag and another item I went to another location total different experience. I went to anthem and they did the exchange no questions no issues at all That those girls in there think they’re all that like just calm down. You just work for Michael Kors it’s not a big deal. People take their job too serious sometimes how does this even affect you?

  Absolutely terrible experience. I went into the store to pick up an order for my dad — had his ID ready and everything — and was met with nothing but attitude from the girl in the blue Michael Kors outfit. She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and acted like she was doing me some huge favor just by handing me the order. It was completely uncalled for. When I politely asked for extra shopping bags since the items were gifts, she flat-out said “no” with zero explanation and refused to provide boxes. Not even an attempt to be helpful. If you’re going to treat customers like they’re a burden, maybe retail isn’t the job for you. Honestly disgusted by the way I was treated.

  I need to give a huge shout out to Allie at the Glendale, AZ Outlet Michael Kors location!! I love MK and every time I go into this particular store the service is great. But Allie is phenomenal!! She went above and beyond with helping me order a specific purse they didn’t have in their location. Called around to other stores to locate it for me to order via their Buy by Link. When I didn’t receive the email that day to purchase the purse, I had to call the store the next day. Allie answered the phone, remembered me and continued on with her phenomenal customer service with assisting in following up with the other store. I work in customer service so to witness and experience this level of customer service is amazing! Allie, I don’t know if you’re on the management team or the manager but keep up the amazing work. It doesn’t go unnoticed. You deserve this recognition!
