- EMEllie MaeOct 14, 20251.0UPDATE - if you are trying to obtain their services for auto MVD/DMV/DPS purposes, go with a different company. You will have to report it to those entities on your own, via mail. They are mismanaged and poorly informed about regulations. Will cost you more headache and payments than any other company, and you will have to do the reporting yourself. There electronics device is also huge and camera is installed on your windshield. I pay over $100 per month for device plus 300-400 for install and 30 recalibration charges each month.
- JHJamie HughesAug 18, 20251.0An employee told me I needed a tow truck after a dead battery locked me out, after saving to get a tow another employee said it was “miscommunication” and I never needed a tow truck which kept me 4 months over my term now that it’s removed they still haven’t put it through the computer and the employee on the phone and the mvd office thought I still had the device even though I got it removed a week ago. Terrible company very nice employees, cardinal electronics was awesome.

They charge for everything and I was stranded 2 times and it took me an hour each time to get through to a customer service representative. Yes I strongly encourage anyone to go through another breathalyzing installation company
