When it was my turn, she asked for a phone number; we gave it to her, and she just said, "It's not showing up," and immediately asked how we would be paying, card or cash, and looked down with a bad attitude.

- LALizet AlvaradoDec 16, 20251.0Was very disappointed today i have Purchased jewelry several times from here worth thousands and today i saw they had a sale i know how it work if your helping out a customer and didnt mind waiting at all to get helped rich was rude instead of helping my exact words after him and the customer werent talking no more and she was just looking around were “ hello may i please bother you for a price please “ he looked at me annoyed and said no i cant in with someone “ i am very aware he was with someone i just wanted him to know i was interested in an item when he got the chance he proceeded to ignore me and try to make conversation to the customer to not help me i waited for a while but i feel like even if he helped me he would continue to give me attitude his badge said in training which is very sad i have always had great service here and always come back for the same reason but this time i was very disappointed with the customer service
