But the customer service provided is usually the reason why most people decide to return to a store. Jesus is a great example of that. He’s consistently helpful, attentive, and genuinely goes out of his way to make sure I find exactly what I need. He's helped me pick out clothing for important moments in my life. Several sections were missing prices and when I did find some new boxers in the box marked 50% off they ended up conveniently being "in the wrong box" and the store not honoring it. It was only a couple bucks difference but it was the principle. We won't be back!
