    For a Brend named store, I walked in it. Looked like a kindergarten, they had friends. And acquaintances of the employees there goofing around no customer service. The store was a mess. I go back in the morning. Talk to the store manager. She was definitely a jerk foremost important.Be careful at the register.What they tell you is on fifty percent off sale.And what they charge you.I found out after I went home.That their shoes, they told me, was fifty percent off.I was charged for full price in the store.Manager is standing in front of me and laughing at me.A customer who spends thousands of dollars at their store should not be treated like this.This is the last time I will set a foot in this location. Also to mention the only person in that store was willing to assist me.His name was Angel great service.Great guy.Maybe he should get a promotion... the store manager definitely needs to get written up or fired.She does not deserve to work in a such a rent name clothing store.

    No welcome, No bye. No Customer engagement. They work off commission and clearly that doesn't motivate them to work. Very dry atmosphere. I seen associate in pijamas. No product out on the floor but boxes of shipment there. Let's do better Boss!

    The team at Boss was super friendly and went above and beyond to help me. They were patient, professional, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

    Horrible management!!! Lady that says she the manager has an awful attitude 0 customer service. They need an actual professional person as manager there. And the fact that they give you a gift receipt but they decide it’s not an exchangeable item doesn’t make any sense. This store makes the actual HugoBOSS name brand look really bad.

    Amazing and professional experience here. The store manager was very helpful and had a great friendly vibe. I wasn't a fan of Boss before but she made me a believer. Definitely will be shopping here more and recommend anyone looking to feel great in their threads to check it out!
