Basically, the website said a product was "low inventory" at the Tempe location, so I drove nearly half an hour only to find out that they didn't have any. They did have one in a different color, however, so I bought that. Then I went home, checked the website again, and saw that the Glendale location had the color I wanted "in stock." I called ahead and they told me they had one item and that they would hold it for me. So I drove another half an hour to get there to exchange the item. The exchange took a bizarrely long time, and they gave me an opened product. I inspected it, and it seemed fine at the time. As I was walking out, I looked over and happened to see more of the item, and they were of course NOT opened. I get home with my previously opened product and I find a defect in the item, as well as a doodle on the remnants of the package that they gave me. Why would they do that?
