  I purchased a GIFT CARD. I paid taxes for the gift card and the person who uses the gift card will pay taxes for the clothes they buy with the gift card. HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE? The cashier said thats Just how it is Sorry.

  Warning if you purchase items from this store check everything. I purchased $389 worth of merchandise and got them home and took off the tags went to wear the new pj pants and there was a hole. I try to exchange them with the receipt and because I removed the tag they wouldn’t exchange them. I will never buy from Aerie again. You just lost a loyal customer.

  Horrible customer service. I made a purchase at 8pm, 1 hour before the mall closes. The sign on the biker shorts said “buy one get one free” I show up to the register to make the purchase only for the cashier to tell me that sale is not applicable. Again it is 8PM, so that means that sign has been up ALL DAY and no employee bothered to update it. I believe the employees should have honored the promotion that is being displayed Instead of saying “yes I know what the sign says, but there is nothing I can do”, When they have been promoting that sale all day. My recommendation is better training, doing right by the customer, display the RIGHT sales, especially when it is your fault for displaying a wrong promotion “ALL DAY” FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I HOPE THE MANAGER ADDRESSES THIS WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES @tangeroutlets westgate location

  I came in a few months ago and the staff was sooo amazing! The environment the staff created was very welcoming and is the reason I did all my shopping there(and AE). Everything was very organized and the staff were so helpful with helping me find the right sizes!
