Richard was extremely helpful. He shared his extensive knowledge and enthusiasm for fishing in Arizona with my friends and I. He made sure we would be set up for success.

It's meh. All the clothes are for short skinny people. And who pays $75 for a pair of wrangler jeans when they are $25 at Walmart? Was going to buy a rifle but the guy at the gun counter was busy flirting with a young girl. Oh well. I'll order it from somewhere else.

Brandy from customer service might be the most INSUFFERABLE human to ever exist. Not only did she CANCEL my order on me without my knowledge, but then she ENDED THE CHAT. HOLY IMMATURE! I have never dealt with someone like this in my 43 years on this planet. DONT EVER WASTED TIME BUYING ONLINE! Their entire system is pathetic.

The 'order by 4pm for same day pickup' is a complete joke. How hard is it to grab 2 items? I waited all afternoon and evening for my order to be ready and it NEVER was. It'd be faster to just drive there and grab the items myself. I will NEVER go to Bass Pro ever again. I need these tools to get work done and Bass Pro completely wasted and entire day of my time. THANKS!

Unnecessary rudeness, and honestly I felt discriminated against by Daniel in the pre-owned guns section who kinda implied several times that my wife was buying for someone else (me). He “reminded” us several times about the penalties for buying a firearm for someone else, but the funny part is that I saw another sale happening right next to us and they never once said or reminded that other customer about it.
I felt like I was doing something criminal just for trying to help my wife pick her gun. This is the first time this has happened, especially since I bought my own gun here 6 months ago. But now, thanks to this guy, I will never buy anything from here again.
*edit*
I spoke with the employee and explained that his attitude felt rude and even discriminatory. He said it was supposedly a ‘standard’ procedure because I started the conversation with ‘I want to see,’ even though I actually said ‘we want to see,’ since, again, I was just helping my wife (is that against the law?).
He said that many times people do that and ask someone else to buy a firearm for them. Again, we were there with our child and it was clearly my wife making the purchase, but I swear he made me feel like a criminal.
I also had to tell him that I already bought a Beretta from you (you can check your records under my name) and that I can buy my own firearms, because honestly it felt like he was about to call ICE or police right there for a sec.
Again, I really wish you could review the camera footage and see the difference in how the person next to us was treated. The employee helping him was smiling the whole time, laughing, and explaining everything. With my wife and me, this guy just said, ‘if you don’t understand something, press here and it will explain it to you,’ and basically that she couldn’t ask me or anyone anything.
And now guess what? He left the lock inside the trigger and there’s no key anywhere. So now, my wife is watching YouTube tutorials trying to figure out how to remove it so we don’t have to go back and be treated like suspects again.
When I bought my Beretta, they gave it to me without the lock, so I don’t think that’s something ‘normal’, but again, not a single thing of today was "normal" .
