I've had ny car towed fo their shop due to a malfunction of my device. I was promised reimbursement from the company after the fact. Come to find out the service team isnt even in the US and it's very difficult to someone on the phone pertaining to your scenario. I didn't want to pay the fee to remove my device due to their cost but after this last experience I am done.
