The lady with brown hair watching Netflix at the counter basically accused me of trying to return fake glasses that were ‘all scratched up’ despite buying them from the chandler location less than 12 hours ago. She should be fired for watching Netflix in front of customers and not honoring the stores 30 day return policy.

Read the reviews, They don’t lie. Laura is very unprofessional, very rude and shouldn’t be the store manager. She called me a liar and wasn’t willing to help out. Reviews go back two years on how terrible her service is. I’ve been a loyal customer to that store location for over 5 years and will no longer be going to Sunglass Hut. She locked the door after I left to find my receipt and this was during business hours at 11am. Stay away from this location

This store manager, Lora, exhibited extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. She made statements such as, “I don’t care about your problems,” after refusing to replace our warranty-validated glasses. She informed us that we needed a receipt, despite the fact that we could always look it up with our number. When I returned to my car to retrieve the receipt, she had locked the door during store hours and refunded me access to the store.
I have been a loyal customer of this store for years, and I am deeply disappointed to have to inform you that I will never be returning. I was treated with complete disrespect and labeled as a liar until this matter is resolved. I hope that corporate management will transfer Lora or provide her with some form of management training.
While I was there, I also observed a man purchasing glasses and obtaining the protection plan without being offered a receipt.
