WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH Terrie !!! Me and my spouse had the best Experience with the store manger Terrie, I have recently lost a huge amount of weight so my chest area has changed quiet a bit , Terrie made us feel so comfortable from the start to the end . She measured me and provided me with a lot of different styles, points of views, and taught me a few new things that I was not taught as a young lady When it came to bras. she took her time, I didn’t feel rushed. Thank you so much Terrie for giving me my confidence back I felt so sexy and beautiful . You are an amazing women and you have wonderful costumer service .

Employees at this Lane Bryant are extremely rude. Maybe a bad day for them, first real work day after all the Holidays. We ordered on line for store pick up at this location in Santan. UPS email showed it was delivered at 10:08. We got to store at 1 pm. One of the three, the younger lady was very pleasant. There is a little more to the story, but I dont want to sound like I am disgruntled. My wife is the sweetest person I know, and for her to be treated thus way, especially by the manager. Very sad. Disappointing, we like Lane Bryant but will never go back to this location. Thank you to the young lady that went to the back to look for the package.

Their clothing quality has gotten very poor and the prices have gone way up. Their Cacique line is still amazing... I do love their bras and panties!!! But their bottoms and tops are all the same. They seem to cater to one body type. I have big arms, big legs and big booty. I don't like that 95% of their sleeves that show my thick wings flapping, shirts are long and cover my junk in the trunk and end up having a butt shelf making is look even bigger. I have very large knees and calves and everything is nipped at the knee. And finally a lot of their clothes are not very tendy anymore.

I was super nervous going there today to be measured for bras after cancer, surgery, and some weight loss. Terry is the actual bra whisperer. She took her time measuring me, suggesting bras, and adjusting once I tried them on. Go to Terry, I learned more about bra fit from her in 15 minutes than I’ve known my entire life.

I visited Lane Bryant for the 1st time this past Labor Day. Terri was AH-MAZING. She would not give up until we found the bra that fit me perfectly and comfortably (I was given the wrong size at VS). She was patient, professional, & funny. Thanks Terri! (The girl who went shopping with her muva in law 😉)
