The bouquet looked nothing like the photo. Very underwhelming. The worst part was there were no cupcakes. So much for the birthday cake... Not the best experience. I'm experience was not the best, but they did refund me and made thing right. I did appreciate that and will give them another try because of their professional resolution.

I put in an order more than 48 hours ago for pick up at 9:30 today for two platters equaling around $200 just to show up nobody’s in the store nobody’s answering the phone Absolutely ridiculous customer service. There’s not one phone number for customer service on their website only a form to submit that I’m sure will never be answered. So now I’m out of two holiday platters for an event that I’m supposed to bring them to this morning. No wonder most of their stores are closing around the valley.

It might be worth looking into shorter delivery ranges or using dedicated drivers to help maintain product quality during transport. Still, the team did a great job with the presentation and quality. I’ll definitely order again because the product itself was excellent. Just hoping delivery logistics improve a bit!
