- BMbob middletonAug 17, 20252.0I always have a good experience shopping at DSW. Today was different the clerk was rude and very bothered that I asked about a promotion. Before I completed my question I was told that ended yesterday very abruptly. I then asked if u needed to purchase online and she again abruptly stated it isn’t going to work it’s over. I purchased a couple pair of shoes anyway. I looked up online and did a trial order and sure enough promotion still valid. The worst part was the rude disrespectful sales associate. Pretty sure she dislikes her job and helping customers. Don’t have a name but around 1:00 today and she had shorter brown hair.
