  I was excited to visit the San Tan location and had a list of items I was planning to pick up this morning. We arrived at 10:58 and saw a bunch of people in the store. Not thinking anything, I opened the door and walked in. The salesperson told us that they were having a special preview sale and we’d need to wait outside until the store opened at 11am. Two minutes away…. I stepped outside and proceeded to wait until 11 at which point she came back out to tell me it would be another 10 minutes until they cleaned up from the event. I left frustrated without purchasing anything and a very bad taste in my mouth. A much better customer experience would have been to allow us to come in and browse the two minutes early or even make us wait two minutes but at least open on time and just let us know any special preview sales wouldn’t apply. Reading through the other reviews it seems this store could benefit from some customer service training.

  I went in and shopped about 2 weeks ago. This older woman named Eboni greeted me and that’s about it. I asked for some assistance in my shopping because my anniversary is coming up. She decided to ignore and I assume was making evil glances towards me. This staff seems under-managed and dissociated. My recommendation, save the trip to the store and get your clothes online delivered to your house.

  I had amazing interaction with Summer at Alo in San Tan mall store. This girl is an absolute gem. I’m a business owner (Lashesbynina1) & know customer service & quality keep them coming back for more⭐️ So thank you Summer for making my experience so memorable💕 xoxo

  I’ve been to Phoenix Biltmore, Scottsdale Fashion Square, and Scottsdale Kierland. The Scottsdale locations? Terrible customer service. At Kierland, I felt invisible. At Fashion Square, staffs were chatting among themselves, and one fitting room attendant just said, “I don’t know, just try another fabric.” Biltmore was… okay, nothing special. At first, I stuck to safe, loose styles because options were limited. But thanks to DJ at San Tan Village, my style has completely expanded. He knows the products inside and out, recommends perfectly based on my height, chest, and body concerns, and makes shopping feel like a personal styling session. DJ is hands down the reason I keep coming back! But overall, the staffs at San Tan Village are friendly as compared to other locations.
