  Like every Sunglass Hut I've ever been in, the Flagstaff Arizona location was no different. Anastasiia helped me with my selection. She was very professional and her product knowledge was second to none.

  If I could I would give zero stars. I brought my sunglasses to get repaired 1/5. They said it would take about a week to order lenses and they would call. 3 weeks went by and I came to check on my glasses. Associate found my “repaired” glasses and nothing had been done. So he said he would get on it right away. A week went by and I still didn’t hear anything so I came back to check on them and the associate Anesthesia, said they had the lenses but they didn’t fix it. Which okay they knew they had the lenses there for me order, didn’t repair them, didn’t call me I had to go back in and check on them again. I asked them about the frame because I had also asked if that can be fixed and she said sure. Then turns out they need to replace my screws and said they can order them or use a different color. This is almost a month without my sunglasses. So she changed the screws to a different color and only AFTER the repair she tells me it’s an additional 5 dollars. I don’t mind paying but not disclosing the cost before hand is not what I call professional or good business. I would not recommend this particular location to anyone for repairs and I definitely won’t be ordered from Sunglasses Hut again and going directly to Rayban.

  I sent my favorite pair of sunglasses in for a simple repair (lens replacement) because the company advertises fast, reliable service. The rep I spoke with on the phone was friendly and explicitly told me it would take about 2 weeks turn-around time. I was okay with that and shipped them out the same day. It’s now been over 5 weeks (36 days to be exact) and I still don’t have my glasses back. I’ve called twice for updates—once I was told “it’s in process, should ship soon,” and the second time I got “we’re experiencing higher volume than expected.” No real apology, no expedited shipping offer, no discount, nothing. Meanwhile I’m out $300+ worth of sunglasses I can’t use, stuck wearing cheap backups, and honestly just frustrated at this point. If you’re going to quote 2 weeks, at least try to hit somewhere close to that timeline—or communicate proactively when things go sideways. Zero transparency and zero accountability. I won’t be using this company again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who actually needs their sunglasses back in a reasonable amount of time. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
