The staff was friendly, just not very knowledgeable or confident at the firearms counter. The biggest reason for the 3 stats, is all of the wasted retail floor space, which could be a corporate decision. The inventory seemed much less than most of the other stores.
So what I'd recommend to improve is; more inventory, knowledgeable staff at the gun counter, and try to reuse the space in the Flagstaff location.
I actually didn't make a purchase, because I saw more at the Prescott and Phoenix locations, which is where I will make purchases.
I have the store's credit card, so I do a fair amount of business with them, but I'd rather support the locations who are better equipped to support their customers.

Store is clean and staff is good. Golly are the price of items out of this world especially reloading components. Selection and quantity sucks as well.. sportsmans use to be exceptional.

Went to the store today, November 7 around 1 o’clock. I asked the young man behind the gun counter if he could help me find some H 1000 powder. He said there’s the list. I said could you help me find it? He said no I don’t do that. I work on projects. I said so you don’t help customers and he just walked away.
I have had something like this happen two times before. The previous time was trying to buy a firearm. I stood at the counter. I was the only one at the counter. I decided just to see if the two guys behind the counter would walk down and wait on me. They saw me, but no, they couldn’t be bothered to take five steps to come down and wait on a guy leaning on the counter. Yes, I stood there for about five minutes and walked out.
This place just continues to go downhill every year. The folks upfront seemed very helpful, but the Gun counter people repeatedly let me down. Funny thing is, the gun counter is the only place that does any business for that store. You think they’d staff that with something worth than kids who don’t give a damn.
I’m done with them, from now onordering everything off Midway USA
