Really poor customer service. Good luck getting help with anything. Every time I have been in it’s a struggle just to ask a question.

Huge shout out to Jenni and Zane. They helped me so much with buying what I needed. Don’t go to anyone else but them if you need help! Amazing customer service. Thank you both so much.

Went to the store today, November 7 around 1 o’clock. I asked the young man behind the gun counter if he could help me find some H 1000 powder. He said there’s the list. I said could you help me find it? He said no I don’t do that. I work on projects. I said so you don’t help customers and he just walked away. I have had something like this happen two times before. The previous time was trying to buy a firearm. I stood at the counter. I was the only one at the counter. I decided just to see if the two guys behind the counter would walk down and wait on me. They saw me, but no, they couldn’t be bothered to take five steps to come down and wait on a guy leaning on the counter. Yes, I stood there for about five minutes and walked out. This place just continues to go downhill every year. The folks upfront seemed very helpful, but the Gun counter people repeatedly let me down. Funny thing is, the gun counter is the only place that does any business for that store. You think they’d staff that with something worth than kids who don’t give a damn. I’m done with them, from now onordering everything off Midway USA

Showed up at 11:25 to drop gun off at service counter. Person at front called in to the back that they had a checked gun heading back, left after standing at service window for over 20 minutes being ignored. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I get in trouble from my wife because I spend so much time in here. Its got a bit of EVERYTHING if you're an outdoorsman. Lots of good sales, too. Bonus: extra nice bathroom 😉 Don't expect the cashiers to be incredibly knowledgeable about OTC hunting tag sales. Know what you need before you get one. If you buy a bow or arrows here, take it across the street to Bull Basin to have any assembly done. Otherwise, I love this place.
