We came up north for some indoor exploring and shopping, and ended up having one of the most memorable Christmas experiences of the season. The Santa area was incredible — warm, welcoming, and completely free. Being able to take our own photos with Santa, without any pressure to buy a package, made the moment feel genuine and family‑focused. It was such a gift to capture those memories on our own cameras. Beyond the holiday magic, the mall itself is a great place to spend time. We love the variety of shops, and it’s perfect for doing a little “indoor hiking” when you’re up in Flagstaff and want to stay
