I had to call security to unlock it in hopes to nurse privately only to find that their “family” room is just a bathroom with shorter toilets and a sink. It was very upsetting as I had to go all the way home and cut my time short to feed my baby. See below for their website’s misleading information that clearly states private nursing rooms!
