  Today I went to Mint, I called before to check on a special! We ask and the guy was so rude, then we tired to charge us 20.00 over the cost and tried to blame it on taxes! Then he put what we did get in a little paper bag, with no receipt! I have never in my life, encountered a rude cannabis checker to be rude! He was sneaky and rude trying to do the most and that’s the worst kind so if you go there and make sure you check your prices and get a receipt!

  What’s the point of having a card system if it doesn’t work. You are costing your customers extra money in atm fees. Unacceptable and to be told it’s been down for days and all we can do is put in an IT ticket. Do better

  I love the staff here! Yesterday I went to get some of my usual favorites and best go to products which are Drip and Brix. Justin gives amazing recommendations. He has great patience and I always enjoy his energy. The peanut butter and jelly cookie has now become my favorite edible!!! Thank you for mentioning it to me because WOW!!! Definitely a wonderful pain reliever and I could barely taste the plant. The free pre roll with my purchase was also amazing! Thank y'all for the best service and the best atmosphere. You also have some of the best products for picky people like me. Keep it up!

  Very crappy customer service and inconsistent customer experience with one budtender contradicting another. Would recommend a buffet mint location for sure. Highly disappointed

  I always come here but today I’m probably going too find a new place I was not even a point away from 400 an James asked if I could use it the manager a girl said no every other manager is so nice and tries too help I was less then a point away I have great service everytime but today was not good thanks James for trying too help I appreciate u but your manager has no customer skills
