  We went to rent tables and chairs and everyone was Great!! I want to shout out Jorge and Lucy they were great and very warming/welcoming nice people ☺️ The process was made super easy by all the employees there , u need trusting and reliable renting place for chairs and tables THIS IS IT

  Piñatas are really nice but break easily. My 3 year old nephew broke it on the 3rd hit.

  First off this place is a complete rip off. I walked in this place the one in El Mirage on thunderbird rd and people seemed nice. However that was not the case. People over charged me 40 dollars. Once I confronted them they couldnt come up with what they over charged me for. When i reserved the tables and chairs the women never went over different prices she just said this is the price and that was that. I was not feeling well that day to ask questions and owner did not bother to explain anything else either. When confronted they First old me it was because i got the most expensive chairs. Which i did not even know. The woman than took out the invoice and turns out that was not the case they gave me the cheapest chairs they had. Than she kept yelling and than mentioned it was delivery charge that she was charging. Mind you we live less than 5 minutes away and they charge delivery. How does that make sense.Normal party rental places do no charge delivery when you are within a 10 mile radius. All she could tell me was it doesnt matter how close or far you live you still have delivery charge. She told me she needs to pay her workers which she pays 15 dollars an hour according to her. I told her that was her problem not mine she hires them and its her buisness to pay them and not to take advantage of customers.To sum this crazy experience we spent 40 minutes arguing back and forth yelling and everything because this woman had no customer service at all. Through all this arguement not once did she say "I sorry how can i help you or make this better", instead she said next time goes elsewhere i said i sure will go elsewhere never coming back to this place. People like her should not own a buisness she is also really good at giving smart ass remarks as well. 😡 Watch out people dont go here instead go to the place on grand next to food city.
