  I had a really great experience at the Ralph Lauren Store. I came in with my mom just to try on a few items so we could figure out our sizes before ordering online, and the staff was super kind and understanding about it. We even mentioned that our brother is a brand ambassador for Ralph Lauren in the tech field, and they were really supportive and happy for us being able to use his discount. The whole experience felt welcoming and not pushy at all. Definitely appreciated the customer service!

  Clean and tidy store. The staff were so helpful when I needed to change some things I’d bought elsewhere. They checked the availability of sizes and went out the back to find items that weren’t on the shelves. The manager at the checkout processed the exchanges really quickly even though I didn’t have the receipt.

  Black Friday weekend with one cashier in the morning and 20 employees walking around. Terrible customer service.
