  Clean and tidy store. The staff were so helpful when I needed to change some things I’d bought elsewhere. They checked the availability of sizes and went out the back to find items that weren’t on the shelves. The manager at the checkout processed the exchanges really quickly even though I didn’t have the receipt.

  Black Friday weekend with one cashier in the morning and 20 employees walking around. Terrible customer service.

  I was under surveillance by the swat team staff at this location. Everywhere I walked, I slowly but surely I started to notice associates following me. I ended up buying a $168 sweater and planned to buy more but I was too uncomfortable. When I told the store manager about the experience, he brushed it off as Ralph Lauren policy for his staff to upsell. I’m not an idiot. No one was asking to help me. A good 7 associates were following me everywhere I went and calling back up for more associates to follow me. Even the security guard stared me down. I’m the LAST one to talk about anything being racist. But man, I’ll never go back to this store.
