    I came into the store yesterday with my husband to buy a backpack I had been looking at online. Found the bag and observed it. Went up front with the bag, where I believe all 4 employees were having a conversation and laughing, because I needed to ask a question. They asked me if I was ready to check out, and I wasn't, but I had a question. One girl came over, perfect. I then asked whether the bag's width could be measured or if she could pull up the detentions, as I needed to be sure my computer would fit, since the zipper opening was narrower than the bag. She then says she can't do that, she doesn't have the information available to her, and that's just how backpacks are, they're narrower at the top... and stares at me like I'm stupid. So I politely reiterate my concern about the bag and ask if there is a tape measure, ruler, or something we could use to measure for my peace of mind. She says in the fitting room, snakily, and once again looks at me, so I leave her presence, go back to my husband, and then leave the store entirely. I will never be back in this store, and honestly, this experience has made me question whether I want to continue shopping with Lululemon at all. Almost every time I've shopped in-store, I feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer, which is disappointing. So ultimately, I've decided this was my last attempt for a while, and I'll take my time and my money elsewhere.

    I recently had a disappointing experience with Lululemon regarding a final sale item I purchased. As a loyal customer and a Pinnacle Member, I expected better consideration and service. One of the advertised perks of being a Pinnacle Member is: “Exchange or credit on sale items – final sale? not always final for you.” Because of this benefit, I believed my item would be eligible for return. In fact, I have returned and received refunds for sale items before, so I was surprised when this request was refused. However, when I first went to a store in Chandler to request a return, the staff refused to process it. I even mentioned that I was willing to accept a gift card instead of a refund, but they still declined the request. Unfortunately, the educator assisting me at that location was not very friendly, which made the experience even more frustrating. I also had the original receipt, and the purchase is clearly shown in my digital receipt on the Lululemon app, so there was no issue verifying the transaction. The item was unused and in its original condition, yet the store still refused to honor the return. Because of this experience, I decided to try another Lululemon store in Gilbert. The difference was night and day. The staff there simply asked for my receipt, scanned it, and processed the return without any issues. They issued the refund to a gift card as I requested, and the entire process took less than five minutes. While I truly appreciate the excellent and efficient service from the Gilbert location, it was frustrating that my first experience was the complete opposite. As a Pinnacle Member, I expected consistent understanding of membership benefits across all stores. I hope Lululemon can ensure that all locations are aligned with the policies and perks they advertise for their loyal members.

    Horrible customer service, went in to ask about pants and tried them on. I was unsure if I wanted to purchase or not so I took a picture of the QR code on the tag. The girls that helped me were at the front desk staring at me and whispered something then laughed out. Will not be returning to this store.

    Really loved this store and my experience. I came in on a Friday nights decently busy, with my 20 month old who likes to get into everything. I had a 5k race coming up and was looking for something to wear. From the moment we entered the store, the staff felt all hands on deck with helping me entertain my son while I shopped. They pulled our crayons and a coloring book, dance moves, and just all around good vibes. One staff member even offered to hold him while I tried on a few items to figure out my size. Top tier customer service and experience. I will definitely be back and happy to spend my money here.

    For a store making numbers your customer service here has dropped 100% percent didn’t use to be like this super bummed. Your cashier was great she should have been out on the floor. One gentleman helped me and I had to ask if he worked here. He said uh yeah, I had two pairs of pants in my hands and I said I would love to try these on. He was not friendly and was just annoyed to open a dressing room. He never came back to check on me and no one did and as a customer if you see a customer having to walk barefoot all the way across the store to get herself another size while trying pants on that may be too big stop me and ask if you can grab me a different size that would of been the approach. Terrible service. The store was NOT shoppable collections were all over scattered. Lululemon disappointed.
