- HLHelen LueckMar 24, 20261.0This was my first time at this location. The store was bright, and they had a lot of merchandise neatly organized. When I was checking out, I was going to pay with cash, but the associate said that if I just used my JCP card, I would get an extra discount. I didn't have my card with me, so I used my driver’s license to verify my identity. While she was looking up my account, she said it was suspended because I had not used my card within the last six months and needed to be reinstated. I went through the process and ended up applying for the JCP Mastercard. At no point did she tell me I was applying for another card. Because of this deceptive tactic, I will be canceling both JCP cards and will not visit this location again.

Toleen checked us out and she greeted us with smiles, looked up coupons for us and treated us like royalty! What a pleasure to be helped by such a caring person!
