After a couple of days of use just putting them on my eyes when I needed shade, I noticed that one of the arms was a little loose. So I went into the store to ask if they could tighten it up a bit. They told me they can't do that and they don't do that for Oakleys, and that I'll have to go to the Oakley store in Tempe marketplace and maybe they could do something for me. They asked me if I leave them in my car, or wear them on my forehead, as if this is somehow my fault, without any concern that the purchase was over $400 and also included the protection plan. I didn't realize that I would have to go to Tempe marketplace to fix my glasses once sunglass hut got their money. When I purchased the Oakleys, I was told if there are any problems then to bring the glasses in for them to fix. I guess this salesperson was lying. Now I have a pair of Oakleys with a loose arm that costed $200, thanks sunglass hut /s... I will never shop at any sunglass hut again...
