  Lost a diamond on my beautiful ring from Shane Co. went in and Buu, the jeweler, repaired it while we waited!! No charge!! Life time warranty!! Love Shane Co!! Don’t go anywhere else! 🩷

  I had the most wonderful experience at this Shane in Chandler,AZ. I was shopping with my family for engagement rings. Cami, helped us out! I even was so emotional, in tears of joy during the process. What store makes you feel that way!? And believe me I had gone to a few jewelry places prior to coming to Shane. She was very professional, she had patience and was very kind and welcoming, worked with our budget too. Cami made the process smooth. The customer service received was above anything else!! This Shane location is the way to go. Ask for Cami if you go =]

  I had an amazing experience with Shane co! Staff was so friendly and helpful. They gave amazing suggestions for the most perfect wedding ring that I will treasure forever. They also took care to make sure that I’d be able to use my stone from my previous engagement ring which meant the world to me. Thank you Shane co for not only a ring I love but such a wonderful experience all around! I’d recommend you to anyone and everyone looking for jewelry!

  Me and my partner went into Shane Co. yesterday, we were kindly greeted by the security guard. Once we entered the jewelry section, specifically the engagement ring counter, we felt like Shane co had a great selection but not once did someone offer to help us or ask us if we needed anything. There were sale associates on the floor, some were with customers but there were several standing around. At one point as we were looking at rings we said out loud we would love some help near a female associate straightening out the counter. She looked right at us and walked away. We were prepared to come out of this experience with two engagement rings, but we felt we were treated poorly possibly even discriminated against due to our sexual orientation and/or race. We had been planning for months to get our engagement rings here because the of memorable experience Shane Co advertises. But based on how we were treated, it was clear this was not the place for us and obvious we weren’t welcomed. This whole experience was disheartening.

  I’ve always been impressed by the level of quality and service offered by Shane Co. I can’t think of a better place to buy jewelry in Arizona. I bought my wife her original engagement and wedding rings from Shane Co. I came back this year to upgrade her diamond and add a new band. Austyn was incredibly helpful, knowledgable, and considerate throughout the whole process. He helped me navigate from start to finish incorporating some inputs from my wife, as needed. He was truly invested in our process and story. Not to mention that the final product is truly stunning! Thank you to Shane Co. for shining brilliantly as always!
