  Going anywhere else to look would be nothing but a huge waste of time. Austyn was very forthright, honest, and super helpful. My fiance loves the ring and hasn't stopped looking at it since we got engaged. Thanks for making that whole process a lot easier!

  I just want to thank April with all my heart. Ring shopping has been so stressful and she's been so helpful making sure my experience was as smooth as possible. I was telling my friends that she's like Superwoman. Matt and Russ were also so sweet and informative. I can't wait to debut the ring we chose!

  My fiancé got my engagement ring from Shane Co, so we really wanted to get my wedding band from here too since they have such a great warranty policy. I’d gone in by myself a few times throughout the year to try some on but wasn’t happy with how they were working out with my engagement ring because of the way the diamond set on the band which created a gap with all the wedding bands I was trying on. Finally, we were ready to seriously shop for my wedding band. I was worried we weren’t going to find anything that would work since I felt like I had seen everything at Shane Co before. Everyone has always been friendly and helpful but Matt L really really really stood out and made it all happen for us! We spent 3 hours with him and he made us feel like the only customers in the store. He had the attitude of “we are finding you what you need” and he did just that. It all worked out so well and I’m so happy. Thank you for making this experience so great, Matt! Kudos to you.

  We love Shane Co. first purchase was my engagement ring some 14+ years ago. Now all our fine jewelry is purchased through them. Our daughter is now collecting a set of jewelry through them. And today we upgraded my diamond. We have never experienced a negative experience with them and always enjoy the professionalism their specialist provide. Kourtni was amazing!!!Today she helped us find the right diamond and it was a fair price with our trade in of my original diamond. . Thank you Kourt! Can’t wait!

  AMAZING!!!!! Over the past two months I have interacted with numerous employees from not only this location, but also online and from Colorado locations. Every single time I have felt important and no question was every made to make me feel anything less than a priority for those who were assisting me. Today my wife and I arrived at this Chandler location and Kristen, who was willing and able to attend to our every request, was the employee who once again made my wife and I feel like we were the only people in the building. Then when we explained the need for a rush job that had already been requested because we live 3 hours away, they confirmed the noted request on my personal profile and promised to make it happen and they held true to their promise. By far and large the best customer service I have ever, I repeat, EVER had. Then the cherry on top is their lifetime service to maintain our purchase and make sure my wife knows how special she is too me, forever. Absolutely AMAZED......WOW☺️👏🏻
