  I can't say enough good things about ShaneCo's warranty and service! Matthew Benefiel was awesome at helping me replace a chain. He also helped us when my Fiancé lost the stone out of her engagement ring. We are clients for LIFE!

  Loyal Shane Co customer for years and I was blown away by this location in particular. Matt unknowingly recommended the exact ring I was interested in, demonstrating skilled curation beyond belief. Rene and Kaitlin made it possible for me to walk out with the ring same-day for my birthday. Incredible customer service x 3.

  I first stepped into this Shane Co. for a surprise ring for my wife. We got married a year ago without rings and I really wanted something special before our first anniversary. I was immediately and warmly greeted by Kristen who showed me some gorgeous options. I was really blown away by what she showed me. She was very friendly and helpful along with a no pressure attitude. I did stop by a different jewelry store who quoted me a little less for something I didn’t nearly love as much. The quality was inferior and their warranty wasn’t as good as Shane Co.’s. I went back to Shane Co. this evening and was helped out by Livia. I let her know Kristen had helped me initially with a quote etc. Kristen was busy but Livia let me know she’d be happy to help in the meantime. Livia was also very friendly and helped pickup where I left off with Kristen. And when Kristen was done she came over and both these ladies assisted me on an awesome jewelry buying experience. I’d definitely recommend anyone looking for an amazing jewelry store (with excellent prices) to stop by this location and ask for one of these women. I’ll be back in the future for more jewelry and not just because the price and warranty was right. The people they have working for them make you feel comfortable and like you belong. Thanks Shane Co. and Thank you very much Kristen and Livia!

  I purchased the platinum band 5 mm online and have it delivered through the store at Chandler. It is a special gift for my husband so we were both excited to come to pick it up in person. The assistant named Kristen welcomed us warmly at first, but then as I started to ask questions about the weight of the band , if it is certified that it is pure platinum, she started to be annoyed and condescending towards me by saying that “ you think Shane Company would jeopardize their name over some platinum band “. I requested to have my band weighted because I know that other online companies are offering much cheaper versions of the same band so I wanted to make sure that the high price it is justified by a proper weight (10 grams). With the assistant’ s condescending words I felt like my purchase was ridiculously stupid and cheap because all I spent is $1600 and it is not like buying diamonds for millions. Ms. Kristen truly took a pure joy out of this experience by belittling me and my purchase. Personally, in USA I would only buy platinum because all other metals like white or yellow gold are pretty low quality here. I would rather buy them in Europe or in the Caribbean islands. I will never come back to this store. I have some. Jewelry that needed a few diamonds to be replaced but will opt out for a different store. I understand you want to protect the name of the company, but with the same token you should be more pleasant and less arrogant!

She pointed out subtle differences in stones that I never would have noticed on my own, ensuring I got the absolute best.
