  My mom and I came into the store during the last hour before closing, as she was traveling the next day and needed a new set. Despite the timing, the customer service we received from Elijah was absolutely outstanding. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through all the different options, colors, and styles without making us feel rushed. We ended up purchasing a few additional items, and my mom left genuinely happy and confident in her choices. Elijah truly made the experience memorable. Kudos to him and to this store for having such exceptional service.

  I came a second day thanks to the amazing customer service from Lisa. If it weren’t for her help, I probably would’ve bought the luggage somewhere else. great store to see options in person.

  Big shout out to Lisa at the store here in Chandler outlets. She is a great customer service rep, who really cares about the products she sells in the store, but more so cares about the customer! I had purchased a Samsonite luggage at a different store and it only lasted two trips to Europe before it broke. Lisa helped me understand the differences between hard case materials and longevity, and even offered to refund the monies paid to another store (not Samsonite). I was able to get a better suitcase at her recommendations. I am so happy and thankful for the service Lisa provided.

  Bought 2 carry on and 2 medium Samsonite Outline Pro Hardcase Spinners 1 week ago. Took 2 medium Spinners on trip. Abrasions I accepted though my Travel Pro soft cases lasted 20' years zero issues. First week 1 trip TSA lock zipper broke on 1 bag . Bought directly from Samsonite Factory Store. Called Store and was told I had to pay for them to ship it out for repair. Called Samsonite directly over 30 minutes on hold stil was not able to get through. Should have bought from Costco I could have just got my money back no hassles at all. Consumer Reports rated this Samsonite model tops including construction ? Product and Customer Service waste of money and time.
