    Ordered a watch from movado website for a gift a month before I had to give it as a present. Apparently the company is trying USPS as a shipping carrier. So my watch was supposed to be delivered on Dec 13th but USPS messed up and it never got delivered or even reached the post office in my city. The tracking showed USPS returned the watch to the company bc the address was undeliverable (not sure where they were trying to deliver). I called the company twice to see if they could help me but the customer service reps told me I would have to wait for them to receive the watch and then I could order again. No attempt at service recovery, offer to expedite the delivery, if I placed another order. This watch was close to $700 so I want going to place another order without getting a refund. Extremely disappointed in Movado!

    Cassie was Great! I had an issue with a Movado that I purchased back in June, while in Pennsylvania. She exceeded my expectations and REPLACED MY WATCH A WEEK AHEAD OF THE TIME SHE MENTIONED. REFRESHINGLY, I enjoyed her service so well that I actually purchased a Ferrari watch at A STEAL! Ask For Cassie!
