You need to retrain the sales associates in this location because they don’t know how to act as professionals. I was in this location on Saturday, Jun 28th, when two staff members stared at my leg and talked behind me. I was uncomfortable to see someone talking about me. One of them saw that I understood they were talking about me. So, she started joking about how they were staring at my legs and said they’ve been talking about my shoes. No matter what they talk about, my shoes or my legs, it is not ethical or professional to talk about the customers. You can give customers comments about their appearance, but can’t talk about them. It is not professional for someone is working in a brand. You are presenting the brand. It was more even nasty when she was joking about their act.
