  You need to hire professional, mature and customer service oriented people, and that’s beginning with the store manager. Horrible place to shop in, never coming back. Thankfully I didn't purchase anything from that weird place. YOU SHOULD LEARN GROM COACH, great customer service there.

  I like the brand and in several stores I often buy items but this last visit to this store was very bad the experience since I looked for a gift and looked at a price and asked if it was the right one and they said yes to which I formed to pay for it and my surprise was that it was incorrect, they did not respect me even the manager Madeline was very harsh and rude in the situation. I will never buy anything from the brand again

  I purchased a bag online and went to exchange it in-store as I was not completely happy with my purchase. I needed something bigger. I first looked around to see if anything caught my eye but I didn’t find anything. So I stood in line to return it- I was the only one in line. I seen a few workers look to see I was in line but no one came to the register. I was then asked by an employee if I’m in line thinking she would help me. I said yes and then she goes “ok someone will be with you shortly.” Meanwhile the manager looks absolutely drained and miserable hating her life being at work. All around customer service was crap & all the employees were not helpful, they all looked defeated tbh. So needless to say I walked across to Coach and they got my business instead.
