- KLKyle LombardinoAug 14, 20251.0I bought a shirt and shorts from Lacoste for the first time a couple of weeks ago to give them a chance. Spent $60 because their clothing is expensive. I washed the shirt and it shrunk from oversize XL to a L and then my shorts began to fade after 1 wash. I reached out to get a refund or atleast have them send me replacements and they told me I should have air dried them… a bit too late to be telling me that now! It’s not normal for premium clothing to need to be airdried especially shorts! I am just so frustrated with this place and their customer service because there is zero accountability. Hope one day they get better but I would not recommend buying from this store.
