  I own a few beautiful pieces from this jewelry boutique, but I had never been to a location in person. My experience was absolutely terrible, the customer service I received from Hailey was dismissive, she couldn't wait another moment to shove my ring(the wrong one by the way)in my bag ans send me out that door. You see, she had some white folks buying from the "fine case" and I wasn't. I placed the ring myself in the gift box where my other purchase was, but was inside a velvety pouch and I didn't know it wasn't what I wanted. When I got home and shared with my husband what I had purchased I realized not only had she given me 3rd degree service, but also the wrong ring. So after driving baxk 22 miles, I spoke to Emily, who tried her best to de escalate the situation, even she knew that was not the ring I had asked for, wrapped it in a separate gift box, said she would notify the store manager and apologized profusely for the other one's shortcomings. So those stars are just for Emily . And I am sorry they're only two. But I will not give a store who dismissed someone who isn't white, anything else. UNACCEPTABLE.

  I love Gorjana. I'm never wearing less that 5 pieces from them at any given time. Most recently I got an engraved signet ring that I wanted to return and even though the ring was final sale they gave me a gift card for the full amount of the ring. I ended up buying the diamond signet ring instead which is much more expensive. The reason I had such a great experience is because Hailey went above and beyond to take care of me. Her customer service was exceptional - the kind you can't teach. She had great instincts and I'll keep shopping at Gorjana Chander because I love the jewelry and because of Hailey.

  I had such a great time shopping with these lovely ladies! They have a great stock selection and they personally helped me find great presents for my mother. Very personalized experience 💕💕
