Once I got home, I realized I actually had been overcharged. The tag on the boot was not what was in the register or on my receipt so I called and spoke with Laurie the manager and she made it all right. At first, I was annoyed that I would have to waste my time to correct this but she was able to adjust the transaction with the screenshots of the receipt, boots, and boot tag. I Definitely feel like my time was valued and I would go back again. Thank you for a great shopping experience and a wonderful product love the Ariat brand as well.💚

There was one employee at the door, another at the register who was on her phone, and one more running around trying to help everyone. I found a cute flannel jacket and went to check out, where Mackenly assisted me. Before ringing me up, she politely asked the employee on her phone to open a fitting room for a customer who was waiting, but her request was completely ignored. I believe this person may have been the manager, and I found it unacceptable for her to treat her team this way—especially when the other employees were working hard to take care of customers while she stood by.
