  All I can say is that I had an awesome experience buying my first Rolex at Coffin & Trout Jewelers in Chandler. My whole experience was amazing. From the beginning when I first entered the store, to the point when I got the call with an offering. It was a pleasure working with Griselda, who is very professional and an attentive host. For sure I would love to continue coming back all the way from Tucson to get other pieces for my collection.

  The team at Coffin & Trout is top notch! I was able to upgrade my wife's engagement ring there- was a professional experience from start to finish. We have purchased watches, rings, bracelets, and necklaces with them. They always greet us with a smile and provide great pieces at a fair and honest price. It is truly a family run store, and we feel like part of that family when we walk in. We highly recommend!

  Just got my first Rolex from coffin and trout about a week ago and my sales rep was Sandy and I don’t think I could’ve had a better experience!!! I was so impressed With how knowledgeable she was and how nice she was to me, especially with me not being someone that knew a lot about Rolexes at first, and I just couldn’t be more appreciative of Sandy for making the experience so Amazing and special!

  I had a fantastic experience with Ben at Coffin & Trout. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and responsive. He took the time to walk me through multiple Rolex models, explaining the details and differences, and helping me better understand what would suit me best. He also asked thoughtful questions about my preferences and put together my wish list—fingers crossed! I really appreciated how transparent he was in explaining the expected timelines for different models as well. I never felt rushed or pressured—just genuinely guided by someone who clearly knows and loves what he does. It was a pleasure meeting him, and I truly appreciate the time and attention he gave me even though I haven’t made a purchase yet. That level of service speaks volumes. I’m really looking forward to building a long-term relationship and starting my Rolex collection with them.
