  The store employees are not doing their job. I placed a special order with overnight shipping. The item was supposed to be shipped from this store. The shipping label was generated on Monday May 6th. Today is Friday, May 10. The package has not been even picked up by FedEx. And it's not the FedEx fault. I called the store spoke to the employee - Matt who gave me false and contradicting information. At first, he said FedEx did come to pick up special orders on Tuesday, May 7th. So, apparently my package was not handed to FedEx by store employees on Tuesday then. Then he said, the pick was scheduled on Wednesday May 8th. But when I asked for the pick up request confirmation number, he said he didn't have one. He said their system generates pick requests when a label is generated. But the label was generated on Monday, May 6th. Not on Wednesday!! So my package was not given to FedEx when FedEx showed up on Tuesday. FedEx said there is no reason the overnight shipping package would not be picked up already. They said the shipper needs to cooordinate with FedEx to pick it up or drop it in the FedEx location. That was not done. This was a gift that I needed for next week. This is not acceptable. The store employees are not doing their job. And this package was a reshipment of the missing order I placed a month ago which was lost in transit. So it has been a month and I still don't have my order. At this point, I do not need it any longer as it was a gift for next week. Not to mention, the employee who created the shipping label didn't even put my unit number which was listed on the original order. So FedEx would have issues with the incomplete address as well.
