  Three stars strictly for the product itself. This is the closest location to me, so I shop here fairly often. Unfortunately, every time I visit, the employees seem to be in a bad mood. There’s rarely a greeting when you walk in, and even though there are several employees working, it’s hard to find anyone to help. Most of the time they’re huddled together talking instead of assisting customers. No one was available near the fitting rooms while I was trying things on, and I even overheard an employee complaining that they needed to get rid of a rack because “everyone just thinks it’s a go-back rack.” It came across like they were irritated with customers. I spent about 40 minutes in the store and not a single employee spoke to me. When I finally checked out, the cashier was very short with me, handed me my receipt, and didn’t even say “have a good day.” The employees here just seem really unhappy, which is disappointing because the product itself is great. The overall experience feels more like shopping at somewhere like Forever 21, which is the level of service you might expect there — not at a place like Aerie.

  10/10 team. I feel bad for not catching any names but it was sunday around 4:30pm. I felt like i had my own team helping me find the right set of jeans. Thank you

  Don't ever place an order with this store. It's been over 2 weeks and I still don't have my item. And it was for a celebration of life. Call 2 days before said it was at the store. Just not ready to be picked up. I could have made a whole other decision on what to wear. Thanks Aerie
