They initially stated it would be 4 to 5 weeks. We are now going on almost 2 months and I have yet to receive the ring back. The customer service and lack of follow through is very discouraging. I contacted the customer service line number and their response was the manager already told you it would be a few more days and closed the case. Needless to say, I’m disappointed with their jewelry department the quality of the jewelry and the customer service as well as a client resolution portion do better JCPenney In regards to your response about me contacting customer service this has already been done. They opened a claim, which is why I followed up today when I spoke to them the representative on the line stated the manager said “they already told you” that it would be a few more days and the complaint was closed. That was extremely unprofessional and to close out the claim or complaint without a resolution Is just Not acceptable… I understand the waiting period being 4 to 5 weeks But we are way past that if they would’ve told me the waiting period. Could be seven or eight weeks. I wouldn’t have an issue because I would be prepared to wait that amount of time … just disappointed …
