  My name is RC Thompson and I have had issues with Mint in the past. So yesterday at the Mint Buckeye location, two of their employees became angry when I aske why Mint Dispensary tells people on the phone it illegal to give prices over the phone. And when I was sitting in the car, I watched the two Mint employees laugh and talk about me, but if this was my behavior, they would ban me. So a Manager at Jars gave me the statement that it is not illegal to give prices over the phone. It is illegal to advertise. So who is lying ? Mint or Jars ? Then I called their Tempe location, which shows up as their corporate or Arizona HQ. I had Managers from the Buckeye location, Eli tell me Tempe is corporate, yet some mean Black female Manager at Tempe lied, while yelling, saying that Tempe was not corporate. As a Black Combat Marine, this how civilians really treat Veterans. Who likes to be lied to ? So they get mad when I call them out. Mint Dispensary also has the habit of retaliation, so I am pretty sure this review will get me banned.The Parent company for Mint is Brightroot, Inc., but the financial come that supports Mint, just took my complaint. These are deceptive fraudulent practices. This is Mint policy and it is not illegal. Mint is still great, but you are lying to Customers and then get upset when the issue is raised. As a Combat Marine, it was one of their Veterans who was talking negatively about me, after smiling in my face.

  This place is very clean. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The parking lot is small and shared with a bar. They have 2 handicap parking spots. The building is wheelchair accessible. They have a wide selection of products.

  A fully operational dispensary as far West as you can get in Phoenix. This is a fantastic location for anyone living in Buckeye or the surrounding areas. Store is well kept - deals are organized every (you can check online) - and lines move quickly.

  Ms. Zaza was lovely and went above and beyond to help me find what we were looking for. She was super helpful with explaining to me how my medical card works and the discounts applied. Y’all better be appreciating her because I sure as hell did!

  This dispensary is a joke. The only thing they have going for them is a 24 hour service and on top of that they don’t even take medical card. Buy an ounce like you’re gonna get a freebie and I’ll tell you over your allotment. There are people standing around stoned off their ass, thinking they are providing a service. If you say something, you’re out of line and asked to leave the store. I Not only will not business with this location for that matter even all your locations, including Cave Creek and Bell, which had nothing to do with my experience You wanna look up my account my name is Gene Thomson If someone doesn’t reach out to me, I will be looking for ways to post more negative reviews of your dispensary, location, and Brand wise The ball is in your court Do you want pictures?
