- JDJ DanielleApr 5, 20261.0I just the worst experience in this store. I am here just to find shoes I already knew what shoes I wanted as I’ve been looking online for them. The “ manager” comes all the way from the front of the store to back to ask me if I need help while I’m trying shoes on. Which makes no sense . Mind you she passed all the other customers. I said no thank you. I then went to do one final look so see if I could find anything else. it had been five minutes since the “manager” approached me. I get approached again by another employee, this time asking if I need them to hold the shoes in my hands at the front of the store and if I need help finding anything. Which makes no sense again. I was not struggling to carry two small boxes and why would I need help if I already have shoes in my hand. I didn’t need your help to find these shoes….They didn’t ask anyone else if they need to hold their shoes at the from of the store or if they needed any help because I watched them walk by everyone else and come right to me. The only one who was trying on shoes and had shoes in their hand…I’m not going to steal these shoes . As a woman of god and with integrity, I have no reason to steal shoes. I am literally shaking. I have not been harassed the way I was by store employees in my life. Update: the employees at the Tempe location are much better.
