  First time to be at this place. Was pretty impressed. Very clean store and got some nice items. They even have guns!

  This store exhibits unprofessional conduct and poor communication. Phones are unreliable, and staff frequently hang up on customers. They lie about items being in stock; upon arrival, the items are often unavailable. When called back, they may falsely claim the items are in stock again. This establishment is highly unprofessional and urgently requires technology training and proper inventory management. Additionally, the staff are consistently rude and unprofessional.

  First time at this location. The store was really nice, clean and well stocked. The staff was super friendly. Best of all, they had everything that I went in for. I'm a big fan of Academy Sports. Highly recommend!

  Took a look at the dog kennel displayed up front and wanted to buy one and I requested to see one in the box but was told I couldn’t look at box . Was odd. I’m going somewhere else to buy. Just don’t think this was very good service considering I wanted to buy it. Who buys something before they see it in box??. I didn’t ask for much.
