    I requested pink and black flowers for Valentine's. And specified I didn't want any roses. They didn't have any black and asked if purple was acceptable. It was, but I should have cancelled the order there. They included roses and white flowers, specifically against my wishes. The arrangement was decent, and the lady liked it. But when I asked to keep it under a certain budget, they didn't factor the delivery into the price either. I will not be purchasing from them again. Edit: They called me numerous times to try to make things right, so I added another star. They do care at least, but they can't make things right for me, since Valentine's Day only happens once per year. I don't want my money back, they provided a service, and it wasn't what I wanted. They'll probably make you happy though. Edit 2: they refunded my money anyway even though I specified I did not want it back. It is bordering on harassment now, because they've called me numerous times, texted me, contacted me through Instagram. It *can not* be made right. The arrangement was nice, but not what I wanted for my lady, I think she deserved better.

    I have not personally purchased from them, but did give a call over flower delivery which was sadly out of range, but Tera, I believe her name was- is such a sweetheart and directed me to somewhere that might and her attitude just brightened my day. I can tell lovely people run this business!
