    Cashiers ignore customers while waiting they get busy doing something else than customer service and supervisor negligence on the job is almost as bad as the service of the cashiers

    We went to get pictures taken here and they upsold us on a digital plus package, which we designed together in the store for convenience. When we got our pictures sent to us digitally, none of the pictures we picked were sent. When we asked for a refund for the services that were not delivered, they told us to understand from a “corporate standpoint “ that they can’t. So now we paid for products that we did not receive.

    Several employees at this store make mistakes regarding your orders and do not know their own policies. One being you are allowed to make exchanges for online orders picked up in store, even exchanges for the same item (different size) at the same cost. Its right on their website.Yet they and the manager will argue until they have their way, doing returns instead, wasting everybodys time, making mistakes not refunding the supposed return, them making another mistake reordering a wrong item I never told her to order, then you get treated from the manager with a bad attitude and stark remarks, when the employee makes the mistake that needs correcting not me. I decided to give them grace the first time but after a second time of shopping there with more mistakes, I will never shop there again. That wrong order she ordered and she supposedly fixed, she did not cancel it. I get a email later that I picked up that order when I never did! While still waiting on another order I did place customer service said wouldn't be in for 4 more days I went in the store to straighten out the mess of the other one supposedly picked up already only to find they still had that one I did not pick up and the other one I was told wasn't there yet. They do not know how to handle online pick up orders! She does the return on the one and I pick up the other one. She offers to throw the package away of the one I pick up. Seeing no need for it I said ok. Before leaving the parking lot I decided to check my email and order online for confirmation I picked my order up. There was none! I called online customer service if the store or they are supposed to send me a confirmation I picked up my order. He said they should when I picked it up. He created a case number with instructions to them to confirm my pick up. I took it in there to the employee who did my pick up and this employee acts put off that she has to fix this then tells me there wasn't anything with that number. With still no confirmation I picked up my purchase I asked her for the package it came in she threw in the trash. She refused to get it for me. I went to the manager and asked her to give it to me. She did. Employee changes face and acts polite. By this time I am rude and told the manager she refused to give it to me or a pick up confirmation. This store confirms I pick up items I don't and don't pick up items I do and I will never shop here again because you treat me like I'm a bother because you have to fix a mistake you or your company made. The stress jcp employees create for me due to poor training or laziness is not worth some savings on some merchandise I like in that store! Corporate will hear from me.
