Yesterday I met an employee by the name of “Emily” who took time with me and learned of my diabetic feet, peripheral neuropathy, bunions, and the fact that I needed a supportive shoe with a wide toe box. I initially told her I would prefer a black shoe. I have never had such attention to detail as Emily gave me. She was knowledgeable about every shoe in the store. She recommended arch supports, soles to keep me from falling, a wide fit and Had me sit down, try on at least 12 pair of shoes! Granted, I was there in the early afternoon when she and the other coworker were not swamped with people. But I write this, sincere that I have never had anyone care that much!!!! Thank you Emily for working tirelessly with me!!! I walked away with a pink pair of slip on Skechers — With a big smile on my face and meeting all of the criteria, As well as keeping me in the required budget!! I want the owners to know that she went above and beyond the call of her job description, . I plan on returning to see her when I need my next pair.
