Long story short, the experience left me never wanting to visit a jewelry store again. Fast forward to January, Kailey convinces me to give Blakeman's a try. From the moment we walked in the doors it was a completely different experience. Ben is so kind and personable, and you can tell immediately how much he cares about his customers and how they feel when they're in the store. Everyone was so kind and welcoming and made us feel so comfortable while we looked around. Jason worked with us in the bridal section to figure out exactly what Kailey's dream ring was, he made the experience fun and completely stress free. Once we left the store, I immediately called my family and told them that they need to shop at Blakeman's. They treat you with kindness and respect regardless of your budget, status, etc. and make all of their customers feel welcome and valued. Thanks to Blakeman's I was able to give my fiancé the ring of her dreams. I can't say enough about the place, but Blakeman's will always be our jeweler. We will be customers for life!

Every time I’m there, I’m always greeted and taken care of by the entire staff. We were greeted by the lovely and attentive ladies up front who welcomed us in with a smile. Once we really started looking Maria R approached us and really took the time to understand what our goals were (getting mom a very special bday gift). Maria made everything that much more enjoyable by walking us from bay to bay while educating us on all the designers and was so knowledgable on what made all the pieces so special. Oh and special they were. When my mom had some questions on the beautiful bracelet she was inquiring about -Maria grabbed the gal in the back who buys the diamond's to come talk to us. She joined us right away and was so organized ,informed and a TRUE expert in her field. Her insight alone helped solidify the best choice for mom! I am taking the time to write this because the jewelry buying process is SO important and meaningful and it is beyond valuable to have a team to reflect that. The first class service from Blakeman's needs to be celebrated and complimented! We can't say thank you enough for making our time in shop so enjoyable and memorable. Dont ever change!
