Middle aged guy with a dark beard came up to me and instead told me I had to get in the firearm cabinet line. 50 minute wait for something that would take him 3 seconds to reach down and grab. It’s an optic not a gun so theirs no paper work or background checks needed. No need to stick me at the back of the line that does require that. Maybe you can work on having more than two people working during the holidays. Walking out and going to give Academy my $300. In here twice a week, at least, but my money is going to start going towards a company that values my time more.

The interactions with the employees in the gun library and customer service desk were subpar to say the least. We were treated like we were inconveniencing them because we came to sign up for a credit card and buy a gun. This was our second time at this store and it will be our last.

I was a little disappointed in the selection for the younger kids, so we had to go somewhere else for them. But the store itself is really clean and the employees are really nice. And parking and access to the store is really good.
