The literal harassment the second you walk through the door at this place is out of hand. They push credit card offers, won't let you get a word in, and when you finally get a chance to say "No thank you" they argue, get pushy and rude, while making unnecessary comments. Immediately after being harassed by the first person you're met by the time share/vacation chicks. And when you say "no thanks" you're of course met again with "you don't even know what it is but okay." So rude. So unprofessional. So unnecessary. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common complaint for some time at this location. It would be nice if they actually took some advice from their customers.

The ID is valid and my address has been updated with the state. I anticipated this being an issue and brought in my vehicles registration (as allowed under rule 2005-1). They still would not even let me fill out paperwork, and was told multiple times that it was due to law or store policy. Could not get a consistent answer on this. I called both arkansas state police and the DMV and confirmed my license was valid and there was no legal issue with the methods I was using in the purchase.” These same events happened to my husband after he called ahead to confirm what documents were needed for his online order and then drove 3 hours to pick up the firearm. The store manager and employees were rude and unprofessional. He was unable to complete the purchase and was told that the firearm would be returned. Do not purchase any firearms at Bass Pro in Rogers. You will regret it if you try.
