  These guys are awesome. Top tier shopping experience, next level customer service, the store is beautiful and clean, Cafe B is delicious, the entire experience is on a different tier. Highly suggest swinging thru, enjoying Cafe B and shopping for fine jewelry with Ben and the team!

  Well, I haven't purchased there, but can bet it would be night and day difference from a mall jeweler. Gorgeous store. I've only stopped in for cleanings etc. But, man, my diamond shines brighter than ever and it was so fast! And both times I stopped in I was offered water. One time I was in a rush and they even offered water to go (I try and not use plastic bottles if possible so politely declined as I had some in the car) and the other time, while I was looking around, I think 3 people offered me water. So, either their store draws people in and they shop so long that someone dehydrated once, or it's their way of showing hospitality. 🙃😉😊 Everyone is always dressed nicely and seem professional.

  Excellent customer service. My wife bought a watch for our anniversary as a gift. Its was a great watch but the fit and feel wasnt for me. I took it back the next day. No hassle, questions, or runaround. Seamless return and great customer care. Fantastic business and will be back for another purchase.
