- KWkelsey wadeApr 16, 20261.0I came to make a complaint about returns. But I can see from other comments that this is a reoccurring issue at this store. Kaylee told me that you couldn’t return items unless you had the drivers license of the person who bought it if you didn’t have the receipt.

The shorter lady with ponytail and glasses working around 8:00 pm today at the front check out counter said she would send someone to me and just went back to looking at her computer. Front check out area was not busy at all, they were all on their phones. Basically, no one ever showed up and the check out workers just kept glancing at me… not great customer service from the girls part. I left without the shoes I wanted..

When I got to the checkout, I was told the sale price only applies for online purchases. Of course, I opted to purchase it online and do an in-store pickup, but even though I had the item in hand, in the store I choose to pickup from, the guy told me I would have to come back in an hour once they had "prepared" the order. Do better, be better.
