  The best customer service I have ever had buying a dress. Janiya Helped me with shoes and jewelry. Will be my first stop if I need a new dress!

  Janiya and Claire were Very rude. I walked in to look for something to wear and was asked do I have a mask I stated no and the girl Claire said well you have to have a mask and we don't have anymore disposable ones you can go get one. I stated I do not wear them because of my asthma and health issues and she said well you can't shop without it. I should look online then(if I wanted to look online I wouldn't have drove 30 mins to look in store) I asked speak to the owner and they said it's private owned and they don't know who owns it. Then I asked corporate number and the manager came and she told me wiyh an attitude she has asthma too but she still wears her mask I said okay but her mask wasn't even over her nose. I stated if your telling others to wear a mask yours should be on the right way and I've been inside the store before without a mask and wasn't told anything, I was allowed to shop and buy They all need to be on the same accord. There is no mask mandate anymore and also when there was one if you have health reasons to not wear a mask it should be considered as it states by law. They lost all my service after today.

  They can't help with any online transactions with their store. I ordered two dresses from them. After ordering they canceled my order and its been more than 10 days and I still didn't get my money back.
